IHPSWIM MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

WE OFFER 1, 3, AND 5 DAY PROGRAMS

• 3 – 4 hours each day of training, lecture and observation of swimmers and teams that we work with
• Training in the pool with Fort Lauderdale Aquatics as much as you want during your stay
• IHPSWIM will design a program for you or your team for the entire year. We take into consideration all of your meets, championship meets, and other important events (this is a very detailed process that we customize to each individual or teams needs)
• Video and edit all exercises and make a personal DVD to refer to at home (for swimmers and for coaches)
• Unlimited Email and phone consultations for an entire year. If you have questions throughout the year I will answer them within 24 hours.
• Set of Bands and our Dryland Training DVD
• We promise to provide an experience that will change your career!
