Meet The Team
Despite the fact that coaches and swimmers recognize the importance of dryland training a lot of them are not putting the same effort into the design and implementation of the dryland training as they are in the pool. Too many times, it is not organized and each day just seems like a bunch of exercises just randomly thrown together. It is very important to have an effective and efficient training program prescribed and taught by individuals who understand the needs of a swimmer and the concepts of program design and periodization.
The importance of having a “training team” that you can trust and one that has been proven is priceless. It is essential to have a team that understands the importance of assuring that its training practices are in harmony with physiology and with the functioning of the body. IHPSWIM wants to welcome you to join our team of professionals so that we may help you make your athletic dreams a reality.
